Tadka Daal

$12.00

Slow-cooked red lentils tempered with garlic, ginger, onion, and chilies.

“The menu delves into dishes from different parts of India beyond the mainstream ones we usually see at Indian restaurants in North America. The detailed descriptions on the menu help you learn more about what you're eating. Almost all entrees come with rice, creamy daal (lentils) and some greens. The naan/kulcha were large and fluffy. The bharwa karela (bitter melon) was very flavorful and bitter. Instantly took me back to my childhood. Menu changes monthly. Can't wait to be back to explore more of the Indian cuisine”
