Singh offers over 170 varieties of breads and over 700 dishes through a daily changing menu. Breads of India features tandoori dishes, elaborate curries and breads from different parts of the country. The daily menu provides fine descriptions of the dishes, including how each dish is prepared and its regional origin. The kitchen focuses on serving free-range meats, fresh vegetables and home-made spice blends, organic flour and third party certified organic basmati rice - perfect requirement for the savvy, food conscious Bay Area.
